Return Policy

The prints offered are individually inspected to be of the highest quality and packed with care. I'm confident that you'll enjoy and treasure every item you purchase from Jennifer Stuber Photography.

However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.  All other returned items must be in original and resellable condition to receive a refund.

To receive a full refund for the purchase price:

1. Email contact@jenstuberphotography.com with the reason you will be returning the item(s) and wait for a reply.

2. Securely pack the item(s) in the original (or similar) shipping container.

3. To ensure a fast and accurate refund, include a note or copy of the sales receipt or invoice with your name, mailing address and the reason you are returning the item(s).

4. Mail the package back.

5. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the item and according to your original payment method.
